NIKE wanted to drive growth in their Golf division using our approach to product conceptualization, experimentation and development.

We worked with 10 teams composed of executives from all sectors of the divisions business. We took them through out creative brainstorming process, which left each team with an idea to execute in small steps over the next 6 months. Over those 6 months I partnered with Medici's Head Coach to guide these teams through iterative "lean" cycles to Build, Measure and Learn.
